  • Premium content via subscription (if applicable)

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing, integrated using RevenueCat.
  • We do not store or process your payment details.

Subscription Rules:

  • Prices and billing cycles are displayed clearly before purchase
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled via Google Play
  • Refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policy
  • Premium access is linked to your account and is non-transferable

6. Advertisements & Promotions

The App may display image-based advertisements, including:

  • Our own services
  • Partner or third-party promotions

Important notes:

  • Ads are manually integrated
  • No behavioral tracking or personalized ads
  • No automated ad networks (e.g., AdMob)
  • Location data (State/District/Taluka) may be used only for regional relevance

7. Intellectual Property

All content available in the App, including but not limited to:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • App design
  • Code and software

is the property of Gram Panchayat Guide or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The App may integrate or link to third-party services such as:

  • Google Login
  • Google Play Billing
  • RevenueCat
  • Analytics or crash-reporting tools

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
