Terms and Conditions for NGO Guide and NGO CSR App

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NGO Guide and NGO CSR mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), developed and operated by NGO Guide, owned by Deepak Sadashiv Puri, and managed by Subhendu Baral and Team. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. App Description

NGO Guide is an informational app that provides access to data and content related to:

  • Government schemes
  • CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities
  • CSR openings by companies
  • NGO listings and CSR project details

The app may also display image-based promotional banners for our own or third-party brands.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

  • The app requires users to log in using their mobile number and OTP verification.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a user is found misusing the app, violating these Terms, or engaging in harmful behavior.

3. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree:

  • Not to use the app for illegal purposes
  • Not to copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app
  • Not to disrupt the functionality or security of the App
  • Not to impersonate others or submit false information
  • Not to scrape or extract data for unauthorized commercial use

You are not allowed to upload content such as posts, images, or files within the app.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription using Google Play Billing, managed via RevenueCat.
  • All payments are processed securely by Google Play. We do not store your payment details.
  • We only store whether a user has an active subscription or not, to manage access to premium content.
  • Subscriptions are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies.

5. Advertising

The App may display non-clickable image advertisements for our own services or third-party organizations. These are not personalized ads and do not involve ad tracking or behavioral profiling.

We do not use automated ad networks like AdMob or Facebook Ads.

6. Informational Purpose Only

All content in the App is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the information up to date and accurate, we do not guarantee its completeness, reliability, or current validity.

You acknowledge that any action taken based on the content of this app is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We only collect essential information, including:

  • Your mobile number (for OTP login)
  • Subscription status (paid or unpaid)
  • Usage data via Google Analytics/Firebase

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, and materials displayed in the app are the property of NGO Guide or its partners. You may not reuse, replicate, or redistribute any content without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or delete user access for violation of these Terms
  • Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharastra, India.
